I just wanted to introduced myself - Ann living in Cyprus. I had been a cat owner almost all my life but having met Jeff in 2016 and our desire to travel, we became pet free. However, a month ago a little “monkey” who we have named Buster decided to adopt us having been left behind by a family that moved back to Australia. We still want to travel, so of course had to become a member of this community in order to find trusted and reliable house/pet sitters to look after our new family member whilst we are away. Being new to this we are a little anxious of course about how it will all work out, but looking forward to having lots of peace of mind!

Welcome. We saw your listing and I’m sure you will find a wonderful sitter. There are always bad stories in every community where exchange is involved but the vast majority of stories are great. You will find fantastic contributors here that will assist with any more questions you may have and the spy glass search function will help with specific searches. We’re sitters, but if we still had pets, this would be the platform we would use to find sitters. It’s totally normal to be anxious, but when you find the right sitters each time, you’ll feel more at ease.
