Don’t assume that the sitter didn’t already do a video chat and ask their long list of questions due to such a brief HO posting.

This still happens when the HO doesn’t tell the full story until the pet sitter arrives. I am guessing the HO knows it would be hard to find a free sitter if they gave the full story upfront. Then the THS review system then puts the sitter in a tough spot.

I’m glad things are working out so marvelously for you obviously you have some special talents for reading between the lines.

Surely if you have done due diligence, asked the questions and read the Welcome Guide you are within your rights to decline extra duties if they are disclosed at a later date.
I would certainly mention it in my feedback post sit.
No I agree things aren’t always perfect even after all of the above - we can only do our best.
