I can see beautiful house photos now and your dogs look very easy to care for, given there are walkers four days a week! I dont see the coat and boots for the older dog as a big deal. And it looks like you have applicants too, so it’s looking positive.

A couple of suggestions:

  • are you able to make more than one bedroom available and are your dogs OK with children? If so, could you flag this as a 'family friendly’ sit?
  • for the vet visits/injections, you can presumably predict whether this will fall within the sit dates? If so, give some indication
  • some people dont like to put dogs in their cars so it might help to say you’ll supply covers/blankets to protect their car seats and pay fuel money if the vet visit does fall within the sit dates
