The bed is a Murphy Bed. The mural is the bottom of the bed. It has swivels on either side and folds down. There are four folding legs that support it when it is down and blocks of wood that sit on the bench and support it in the middle.
We didn’t always have garages on our sits, but we almost always had driveways and spaces with no neighbors or large houses with distance between the neighbors. We did do some work in the parking lot of some lifts. And the final small jobs were done on the street in a neighborhood in Atlanta.
It sounds like you could just use some space. I’m sure you could find a sit that will work.

And yes I’m hopeful something with space will turn up, I have a few favourites flagged, now they just need to go somewhere
I’m jealous you can just ship it to Europe. Down at the bottom of the world everything is harder and more expensive. Not impossible but… Oh well by the time we have seen all of Australia in it, I suspect that will be enough for us. Safe travels.
If we did have an HOA that permitted camper vans, my husband and I would probably have cancelled our trip, booked a motel nearby, and come over and helped with your van build!! We love that stuff!!

What an amazing achievement, well done on the dedication this must have taken. My projects are much more sedentary….. I quilt and partner has written a guide to gardens in France with over 1000 entries. As I say more sedentary
Dépends on how long we are away. Long trips sewing machine , shorter trips cutting out and handsewing. Never done embroidery but have a few kits to give that a try on next sit.
Absolutely stunning @Makelikeanapeman - and I love the story behind it. It feels very niche, but textile mill towns are very close to my heart, as I live and grew up in the Scottish Borders, which was full of mills, and even a textile design studio! My Dad and I both worked in textile related jobs when we were younger!
