Steff, I know Bonnie has said it could be a small pool. Maybe, maybe not. It is a decent length sit, attractive to nomadic people wanting a break. We have chosen similar sits in the UK where we are looking for a break from sightseeing all the time and planning further travels, therefore we would be staying close to home most of the time. There are all sorts of sitters out there and with the new “booking” fee just introduced I can see longer sits will be even more attractive.

Thank you so much for the feedback, BonnyinBrighton! I really appreciate it. Our cats are fine for a few hours here and there, we just prefer someone who isn’t out all day, every day. There are quite a few sitters who work from home or prefer a quieter routine, so I’m hopeful it will still attract the right match.

Yes, I’ve adjusted the listing as I’m definitely open to doing a video call instead of meeting in person, that’s actually how I locked in my very first (and absolutely fabulous) sitter. I honestly thought doing a video call before confirming was a no-brainer, but perhaps not!
And you’re absolutely right about the photos, I went overboard 
, they’re just so cute! I’ll add more pics of the house soon to balance things out.

Yeah, it’s hard to stop taking pictures of pets 
I have sent owners probably-way-too-many portraits after sits.
Video calls are very much a Thing now and many (including me) prefer them, but I did my first few sits without – which seems funny now – and I’ve seen other members comment that they don’t feel a need for them.
I suppose as the world gets crazier, more of us are being more careful? It’s nice to chat with people beforehand and get a sense of who your sitter/host is.
