Please sign up to join our Inbox early access group

Is this happening? I signed up but haven’t heard anything at all.

Hello @systaran Great to hear that you signed up - Shouldn’t be too long now!

As all of the early access slots were not filled by the forum community, the Product team have reached out to members who meet the criteria via email to make sure they have the test group size they need (please see the original post for available slots)

They are also tweaking a few features that they want to include in the new inbox preview. Apologies that this ran over the original time frame that was given. It is still happening and the Product Team will be emailing you all shortly with the instructions for the early access group. Thank you for bearing with them!

I am using the new platform but have some questions… like how do I archive messages? how do I access my archived messages?

Hello @glenycehughes please leave this with me and I will get some answers for you

cc. @Carla
I also beta-tested the new inbox and hated it. It is missing favorites, searching, labeling and archiving, all of which I use often. I would love to know where these went. I sent in feedback but got nothing back. Not even an acknowledgment of my feedback.
If these are available I would go back to testing but I use them so often that I had to stop using it because I rely on those features.

Hello, @glenycehughes & @lighthousekeeper I have an update for you and Archiving will be added to the Beta test soon!

The team have feedback that identifying missing features or features that you previously found useful helps them know what the add back in and which ones might no longer be as useful. As this is all part of the testing phase the inbox is not yet the final product. We will keep you posted as more is added, but in the meantime, your feedback is super appreciated and will help shape the new inbox. Thank you!

I left the beta testing. It’s been two weeks and the labels feature isn’t there yet.

I typed a lengthy review and sent it in and heard nothing back. A simple thanks for the feedback would have been nice for the time I put in.
I actually wrote it twice as the first copy got deleted.
It seems they should have had a survey of what features are used and what would
be helpful and not first THEN built the new inbox.
It seems like the built it thinking we would love it with no insight into how important existing features are.
This is really limiting their testing as most have opted to stop testing it ks so bad.
