Posted months ago no sitters applying

Actually it depends on the type of sit. The location, the length, if it’s a holiday period, if it needs a car, potential pools of sitters, if it’s what’s known as a “filler” sit and so on. Some sits fly off the shelves at short notice and some need lots of planning. The OP definitely has time on their hands. #chillwinston

hi I’m new to the forum and trying to learn how to best use it. I’m an owner. How are you and the others seeing the OPs house site to be able to give specific feedback like this? Thanks .

We did in the past and our vehicle was damaged left on fumes and we were not told about either. Not doing that again.

Thanks

Click on the owner’s name and you will see that they have included their owner profile.

Just to say that I think you’ve done a great job amending your listing. Now the holidays are nearly over, I’m sure you will find a sitter especially given your reviews.

Great to see your listing is New again. Hope you now attract applicants as you have taken onboard suggestions from members.

Lending the car might make the difference between getting a free sitter vs paying for one or even having to cancel a trip. Just because a sitter damaged the car doesn’t mean it’s any more likely to happen with the next sitter.
