I’m still trying to make sense of this.
Why couldn’t you put the cat out of the living room, close the door then open the window? Or even better put a sheet up at the window so the cat couldn’t get out.
Why didn’t you wash down the patio area daily? The home owner may not find the smell a nuisance but you obviously did so a quick swill with water and disinfectant would have done the job.
I am so glad you moved the cat litter out of the living room and into a room with good ventilation. We did a sit in Spain with one cat. I haven’t got a clue what type of litter it was but it worked miracles. No stench.
I agree with others, stick to the facts and don’t make suggestions in the review.
