Sitter Badges now buried, HO Badges still at top

I can’t see any advantage to that particular strategy.

Steve, these are HOs who have had a listing active for some time and have not received any applications. They are running out of time so they invite sitters. It happens a lot here in the US.

Right. I wrote as much a few posts back. It’s more of a Hail Mary than anything else.

Many are high profile people with desirable properties who prefer to keep their affairs private. You do it your way - they do it theirs.

You’d think high profile aka very wealthy people would hire paid professionals not free services from internet strangers given their resources, and the value of their property and possessions.

Anyway it’s not about what I would do or what anyone else would do. It’s a discussion of effective strategies to market a listing, nothing more or less.

I feel we are going off topic.
Don’t concern yourself about what other people choose to do.
Your strategy is working for you apparently.

Hi everyone!

I agree with @Twitcher - things are veering off topic.

Please keep our Community Guidelines in mind when you’re posting, and be kind and respectful in your interactions, even if you disagree with someone.

Sometimes it’s better to step away from the keyboard than continue a back and forth that gets personal. You can also flag posts to the Forum team if needed.

Thanks
