Good grief! How did you handle that and who paid for the vet care? Have you informed the HOs and what was their response (let me guess: it’s never happened before?)? Was the incident reported to the police?
As @Silversitters has stated, aggressive pets should not be on THS and instances like this should be reported, at the very least to Membership Services.
I’m wondering when a host ticks the box use of car included - is there any other information ( for example if there is a tick box about use of car that says only in emergencies - something that sitters can’t see )
