I think that would only apply to certain countries, UK perhaps? For the rest of Europe, there’s definitely far more sitters than HOs

I think because there are more sitters and better choices. Maybe refresh your profile and photos? Even your profile pic is hard to see. I have become much more selective about the homes I choose due to several bad experiences and filthy/cluttered homes. I do not apply to homes that have only a few pics, no pics of all common areas, dirty/unkempt looking dogs, which are red flags for a dirty/unkempt home and sick dogs.
