@Modahab, great advice already given and you seem to have a plan.
In case not know, THS recently introduced an incremental section to the post-housesit review process. In addition to star ratings and text review then each party is asked ‘Would you recommend them?’. A ‘no’ response seemingly triggers a text box for comments that are reviewed (only) by THS staff. No idea of THS protocols for ongoing review/supervision but seems appropriate. Sorry about your experience. There are outlier members on both sides. Happens. Hopefully the two-way review process, perhaps new recommendation question and ultimately Member Dispute process (for any alleged breaches of THS terms of service) helps THS to enforce conduct.
