Things that put off sitters include (but not all sitters of course) the following:
Lots of pets (more than 2 dogs)
Messy home or poor guest accommodation eg sofa bed
Location issues re: weather/accessibility/border controls
Tone of listing: you’re not employing staff!
Just a few examples that might put off potential sitters.
Basically you’re ‘marketing’ your home/pets making your listing as appealing as possible.
