I’m not quite a newbie but I feel like one right now.
I can’t figure out how to change the tagline next to my photo. Right now it say I’m in Colorado and that’s not the case anymore…

If you mean your listing profile, you choose to Edit profile, the symbol of you (head and shoulders shadow) , choose About you and scroll a little to choose location.
