What do you expect sitters to do w/sheets?

This topic has been discussed at great length in previous threads as well.
I think the consensus is that communication is key. If a homeowner does request that the beddings and towels be laundered then it will depend on the facilities and time available to the sitter.

What are your thoughts on sitters washing sheets and towels and making the bed before they leave? We have had over 20 sitters in our home since we joined THS and many have washed and replaced sheets and towels, but it seems lately that most are not doing so. Does anyone put this info in their guidelines? I hate coming home to find the bed not made or sheets left on the floor.
