On one sit I told them to file an insurance claim, which they had no proof. Second time, was with an appliance that the HO said had previous issues. It stopped working, water was everywhere. I was scrambling to find a repair person. Sink unusable. HO was on an international journey so I called a repair person, paid $500 to fix, thinking I could file my own insurance claim. The HO then left me a negative review for not being “clean” enough. In the future, have the HO file a claim. I have also learned to take photos of everything broken when I arrive, (cat scratched furniture and all), also,bring my own plates, linens etc if able.
