What’s your plan re booking fees?

I got 20% off this year but now have the dubious pleasure of paying booking fees :angry:

My advice is to bargain hard. A homeowner I know just got an extra year tacked onto their membership. We will sit for them later in the year and were negotiating to go off platform as their membership was to finish before the sit. They messaged today to say dont worry, they had negotiated another 12 months extension. Not sure how or why or the exact terms but I was given the distinct impression it didnt cost them anything. All the different deals going on sound a bit random and smacks a bit of desperation on the part of THS. Maybe the flack from the extra fees is biting harder than they thought they would.

I also got two extra months for quite few complaining (that lead to nowhere, they did not fix the issue…) so I attest to them seeming to give those out like halloween candy. I had complained of the same thing before, and was not given free months.

In just 10 days of trying I’ve somehow by posting on fb groups and with some other help too (:smiling_face_with_three_hearts: you know who you are) managed to share my referral link so that my renewal date is no longer March 26 but is now Nov 28.
