Be careful when you cancel your auto renew. I got a warning message about higher renewal prices. There was a button to change my mind, and a pink button to ‘Continue’, which I clicked. I got another message offering me cheaper renewal, with another button to click, and a pink ‘Continue’ button.
My fault for not reading carefully enough: I clicked the pink Continue button again, and got a message congratulating me on auto renewing with discount. Took me 24 hours to get it sorted out.
