Airport Lounge

I got the airport passes it was super easy and it was the one thing that the little robot chat could actually process.

The lounge was awful though :smile: that was the one in Kuala Lumpur

We recently used the Singapore lounge pass. Ambassador lounge Terminal 2. It was okay, not great, but we were grateful for the showers. The lounge was very small and the food uninspiring.

@Bianca
I agree completely, I have had 2 stop overs at Changi airport & it is lovely. Beautiful orchids, fish ponds & viewing deck.

That is good to know! I’ll avoid that one then if I can.

Has anyone recently used a Premier Pass lounge in Singapore and had a good experience? Any positive recommendations would be welcome as there are a lot to choose from and I have plenty of time to move between terminals during my night long layover.

We are currently sitting in the Plaza Premium Lounge at Changi, Singapore. We got a lounge pass through our THS premium membership as we were expecting a 6 hour layover in Singapore from Brisbane to London.
Our 6 hour layover has extended to nearly 10 hours as QF1’s departure keeps getting pushed back. Anyway, I digress. There is nothing “premium” about the Plaza Premium Lounge with its limited included food and alcohol selection (1 beer, 1 white wine, 1 red wine, all other alcohol cost extra). The shower was good but not included in the THS lounge pass costing an extra SGD24 per person. The hot food was cold and the cold food was tepid. The staff were a bit brusque. On arrival we were told we were limited to 2 hours in the lounge. I pointed out that the lounge pass said it was for 3 hours and the staff member said “well I will let you in for 3 hours this time”. Won’t be using this lounge again & don’t recommend it to others.
