Have a look on lounge pass dot com and they have the full list of lounges available. Send the lounge pass request to the main THS email address - there’s a form on the website you can use - and they’ll confirm it back as a downloadable PDF pass. For somewhere like Heathrow where they’ll be more than one lounge option, check out the reviews & costs first and choose the best would be another bit of advice. Honestly we’ve used them every year and the Istanbul ones would cost us €110 each so absolutely worth it! #itsgoodtobeyoung
I’ll second that. We’ve used the lounge oasses when we had a significant layover. The lounge was comfy and the food was actually quite good (Turkish Airlines). As a non-member, I think the lounge would’ve cost $50+ each.
No there’s no choice at THS end but if you look before you request then some airports have multiple lounge options (Bangkok or Qatar for example) so you can request the pass for the one with the best reviews. #berrymojitotime
Thanks Cuttlefish, I looked at loungepass D C, but all those lounges are available free through THS? How do I know if they are included in THS discount? Do I have to write to them and ask?
We give ours to sitters as we have lounge access via other means, but yes you just email names / travel dates / airport / and airline. If you know the lounge you would like then name it specifically. They usually aren’t as good as the airline lounges but can still be better then waiting at the gate.
I’ve just noticed that many of the lounges (where I am heading) seem to close at 20.30 until morning. This renders them rather useless in my case! Oh dear, was looking forward to a nice relaxing night-time layover. Now I’m back to sleepinginairports dot net!
I’m trying to book a lounge pass and request a specific lounge, but the chat bot doesn’t seem to understand that and the member services email address is nowhere to be found. Any advice from folks who’ve done it before?
I just had this same issue. For some reason, Frankie the bot won’t let you specify the lounge you want. In the chat ask to speak to a human and then give that person all the information.
