I have tried three times to use the virtual assistant system to book the lounge passes and each time as soon as I get to giving it the flight number it goes right back to the first prompt again. Clearly there’s a bug in the system! How do I contact TH staff regarding this issue?
Hi, the chat bot is a waste of time. I’ve always just sent an email request to support@trustedhousesitters.com with the following information & I’ve received my lounge passes very quickly & efficiently.

We’ve used THS Airport Lounge passes on two occasions. Just like @Crookie. We’ve always reached out at least a few days prior to date of intended usage.
