Airport Lounge Passes?

I have tried three times to use the virtual assistant system to book the lounge passes and each time as soon as I get to giving it the flight number it goes right back to the first prompt again. Clearly there’s a bug in the system! How do I contact TH staff regarding this issue?

Hi, the chat bot is a waste of time. I’ve always just sent an email request to support@trustedhousesitters.com with the following information & I’ve received my lounge passes very quickly & efficiently.

Country of airport

Airport name

Terminal number

Flight departure time

Flight date

Flight number

Country of arrival

Full names of passenger(s)

This is perfect. We’ve got an international trip coming up and this is very useful information.

@Crookie I’ve always requested it through email too and it’s been a quick, easy process. I don’t bother with the chat bot anymore.

We’ve used THS Airport Lounge passes on two occasions. Just like @Crookie. We’ve always reached out at least a few days prior to date of intended usage.
