Hi @nicolacita . You need to request your lounge pass by email not through the bot. Email support@trustedhousesitters.com
In your email, include all the information required as outlined in this link and support will issue the pass. I usually get mine within 24 hours.

It goes faster if you submit all of this info when you make the request (helps avoid back and forth):
Origination airport
Airport where I need the pass
Terminal number
Flight time
Flight date
Airline and flight number
Final destination city
Full name on passport

Thanks, Ziggy! Just realizing you need to do it 72 hours before travel, and I was trying for today. A little late for this trip but maybe next time!
