How long does it take to receive lounge pass information

I’m leaving for Asia on Monday and will not have reliable access to wifi while I’m there. I’ve asked for lounge passes for my return flight home and have sent all the requested information twice in the last week, but have received no reply. Does it usually take more than a week to hear back? When I used the service last year, I had a lounge booking number within a few hours. Now I’m not sure if I’m being overly anxious or if I’m missing a step somewhere…

Contact the chat bot and ask for a human. Or call the office in the UK. Usually it’s less than 24 hours and they issue the passes so maybe it’s getting missed or going into junk @lisamcdee #itsgoodtotalk

Normally 24-48 hours had been our experience
