Super sitter award

I’m curious to know what the criteria is for receiving the above-mentioned award? Much to our surprise a few years ago, we received a lovely letter and a congratulatory “super sitter” award from THS along with THS cards with our name and promo code - it was such a huge surprise. Is it based on the amount of sits you’ve done, your reviews or a combination of factors? I’d appreciate knowing.

It was a thing in the past (awarded by THS).
We now rely on the review system to mention when homeowners and sitters go above and beyond.
