I would add the dogs’ breed (are they Staffies, pit bulls, or what?), how long they can be left alone, and whether they are good with other dogs/children. Also, is the bed a sofa bed or proper ved? A lot of people are concentrating on Christmas at the moment so you may get more applications after the festive season.
They are American pit bull terriers. And the HO says that they are “not friendly with other dogs”. That is something they would need to tell more about.

I suggest adding captions to all the house photos to orient sitters looking at your home photos.
We have an air mattress and say that explicitly in our listing and here is what that bed looks like.
Perhaps take the time to make up the sofa bed and post the pix to your listing. You only have to do it once and the pix will stay on your listing.
Also, if possible…have a memory foam matress pad for sitters to add to the sofa bed and state that in the listing. We also do that.
