If you happen to be near Acton then you could try Stones Fish & Chips, they are fab and very reasonably priced for London! 
None in London but if going to Teignmouth on the Decon Coast I can recommend āDevon Fish and Chipsā very near 'W.H Smiths. They do a fish and chip special for only Ā£6 or was last year. A huge portion of cod and chips and extremely tasty. Went there a couple of times when doing a house sit a few miles away.
