I suppose it was late and also it meant trying to find another sit to cover the 9 days as we had no other choice but book a hotel at a huge cost

Romanian miortic sheepdog, yes cute but get big, these pups are 13 weeks and about the size of a cocker spaniel

No-one has seemed to mention it, but if the pups are 13 weeks it is unconscionable that the HO’s did not mention this in their communications.

Another twist, this morning we get an anonomous text saying HO has requested they call in to check Central heating radiators upstairs and is it Ok this morning!
No notification from HO, so texted them to check it out and reply came back o sorry we forgot.
Really annoyed that they gave out our mobile number without asking or even asking if its OK for the engineer to call.
Getting very frustrating
Oh dear oh dear. They obviously felt very relaxed and comfortable with you in many many MANY different ways… but it’s very wrong of them. They must have tried to get a plumber out before you arrived, so at least they had good intention on that front… but failed miserably on the communication front again.
