Cocktails Of The World

Can anyone recommend any particularly good Mocktails they’ve tried on their travels? I’m not a big drinker, but I love to have a fancy Mocktail if I’m out at dinner, and thought it’d be fun to make some at home!

Can I offer a lowbrow ‘cocktail’ from my youth? The Cheeky Vimto.

It’s just Port mixed with Blue WKD.

I don’t tend to drink too much these days, but on a beautiful sunny day (like today) I do enjoy a spicy margarita.

This Mocktail, called a Ping Pong is perfect for the sunny weather or anytime really!

It’s a combination of cranberry juice, passion fruit & elderflower. To get the cranberry juice at the top when mixing it with passion fruit & elderflower, (as pictured), pour the passion fruit and elderflower first, followed by the cranberry juice. This allows the cranberry juice to settle on the top due to its density compared to the other liquids. :tropical_drink::slightly_smiling_face:

That looks SO GOOD @Sam_F - and I love Elderflower! I’ll be giving this a go, although I’m not sure mine will look so pretty!

Sweet and creamy is not how I prefer my cocktails (or coffee), but on a recent sit on Santa Catalina Island, the friendly bartender said she couldn’t let us leave without enjoying the island’s official, signature cocktail, Buffalo Milk.
