You can see the posting terms here and have a look at content standards points 6&7, so a vague summary of what was said would be okay as it won’t quote it word for word or be copies of the actual correspondence. They were full quotes. I mistakenly thought it was better to quote in full rather than to paraphrase cos when we put it in our own words we could end up changing the tone or meaning
I have a sit coming up in a few weeks, requested WG. They said they are not sending it, have hard copy instructions when I get there.
Some sitters will be happy with that -
Others will be concerned that there might be extra responsibilities or pet behaviours that weren’t disclosed in the listing that are in WG and so insist on having it to read prior to the sit .

I would not be able to accept that. If they have a hard copy then why can they not send it as an attachment? Even if they just take photos of the hard copy and send.
Going in blind is a huge risk.

A no from me. Surely they or someone they know could put it in a format that could be sent to you electronically.
