Daily update not happening. What do I do?

How strange to put that in your public feedback if they didn’t actually ask for that.
It’s one thing to realise that one actually prefers more picture updates, and another to make a statement about the lack of them when it wasn’t even agreed upon! I would think that after realising that about themselves, they would just learn to be clearer about their needs/preferences/expectations for next time.

I am not a fan of being on digital devices all the time, or photographing everything that happens. But if a HO states that it’s important to them, then I will of course make extra effort to do that for them. Some people may prefer to only be contacted in cases of emergency and I would want to respect that too. People just need to have a think about what their needs/preferences may be and state it clearly. I usually try to tell HO’s that I am happy to make adjustments during the sit, if they happen to feel like it’s either too many or too few updates at any point.
