Yes hopefully that is the case … I have seen lots of listing where they state that there will be no airBnb guests during the sitters stay .

Saw the same on one I posted- so either they’ll bring it up and sitter will agree (which means false advertising of sorts), or they have sorted out that part of their sit will be shut down during that time or managed by someone else…
