Defensive Ridgebacks

We have a sit lined up in two weeks with 4 Rhodesian Ridgebacks. The owners insist that my girlfriend and I need to come together since the 4 dogs might not let me in if I came later (after they left and only my girlfriend is in the house). The thing is that we have a 1 day overlap because our previous host’s flight has been rescheduled (and it might get rescheduled again). We have frequently had overlapping sits and never did the dogs have any issue with one of us coming later, is this really a concern?
