Do other members think that THS takes any note of, listens to what members are saying in the forum and responds positively to feedback and suggestions? Or, do you think THS ignores what members are saying, or ask for and just does its own thing, often introducing new features that nobody wanted?

I am very cynical, I don’t like the way THS treats its members at all. But, there may have been suggestions and improvements made from suggestions made by members that I’m not aware of.

It’s just meaningless words to make us feel like we’re being heard and valued. THS will always put THS’s interests first regardless of what (their most valuable asset) members say. It’s naive to think otherwise.
