My question is why is it random? I did receive one but then after that nothing. If the email is considered useful then it should consistently be sent out before sits to HO and towards end of sits for sitters. Personally I find it a bit patronising to be reminded to do things which I think the vast majority of people would do automatically but if THS think it is useful then it should be done with consistency.
