Dogs helping with yoga

Just found this one on my phone. Cold winter day in England, crow pose for a bit of fun, and dog just had to join in!

Haha, that’s amazing!

I don’t have any photos of my dog doing yoga with me, but if he sees me doing Ardha pincha mayurasana (dolphin pose), puppy pose or Upward dog pose, he’ll go ahead and do it right next to me. And when I do Savanasa, he’ll just jump on my belly and rest.
