The search filters are NOT working. I sure wish someone would address the problems. I’ve sent a message to help desk and received this unhelpful reply.

My suggestion is to delete the filters you have entered, refresh the page and try again. I hope this hasn’t disheartened you too much, as we approve many new listings every single day, meaning that opportunities appear as often as they disappear."
It definitely doesn’t work straight out of the box. I bring up the page and set the duration for ‘1 month’ with no other filters and I get all sorts of results like the OP on my first search before I’ve done anything else on the page.
For the development team: check your background joins.

I can certainly understand your frustration, and the tech team are very aware. They are working on many new features regarding the search filters and this fix should fall into the scope of work early in the new year.
