I just tried searching for a house-sit, where the only filter I applied was duration. I set it for “1 month +” and clicked “Apply.”
On page 1 of results, I got the following sits, in this order:
1 day
5 days
10 days
27 days
29 days
More than 1 month
3 days
4 days
28 days
More than 1 month
18 days
More than 1 month
On page 2 of results, I got the following:
More than 1 month
More than 1 month
More than 1 month
2 days
2 days
4 days
4 days
More than 1 month
11 days
9 days
More than 1 month
7 days
The search filters are NOT working. I sure wish someone would address the problems. I’ve sent a message to help desk and received this unhelpful reply.
" I really am sorry that you are having trouble viewing the dates and locations you would like. As of today, I was able to view results using your account. My suggestion is to delete the filters you have entered, refresh the page and try again. I hope this hasn’t disheartened you too much, as we approve many new listings every single day, meaning that opportunities appear as often as they disappear."

It definitely doesn’t work straight out of the box. I bring up the page and set the duration for ‘1 month’ with no other filters and I get all sorts of results like the OP on my first search before I’ve done anything else on the page.
For the development team: check your background joins.
I did want to mention, that tech have come back to me, to say, it is a known bug which is in the queue.
We do apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Best Wishes

Hi @Rhonda … this is a known and registered bug at the moment. I’ve moved your comment onto this current thread on same topic and we will get an update on the status of this on Monday. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
I don’t like the Christmas sit filter and preferred it when I could filter ‘newest’. Now I seem to be scrolling through pages of sits which are not new. Very frustrating.
Hi @Natasha.n.Greg@Vanessa_A is not online at the moment, so I will answer on her behalf.
I can certainly understand your frustration, and the tech team are very aware. They are working on many new features regarding the search filters and this fix should fall into the scope of work early in the new year.
