I am wondering what others think about this listing? The ho requires sitter to share home with airbnb guests, along with other issues. Do you think this is ok? I was rather appalde by the way the ho addresses potential sitters and surprised they get applicants.

You can report it to Member Services if they are requiring sitters to share space with anyone, which is strictly against T&Cs. I think some sitters are willing to put up with a lot for the right location or perks, but it’s definitely not good practice for THS to allow sits like this to be posted.
@AnnaM The home has to be vacated for the sitters stay with no third parties permitted.
A sitter’s responsibilities must not include anything considered “work” including helping a host run their business .
@Jenny is making a spreadsheet of these type of listings that break the THS T&Cs ( with third parties etc ) - you can send a DM to @Jenny
They have either found a sitter or THS has taken it down. Can’t find it
