Darren - sorry this happened to you. As a HO i would be so angry and feel violated and want SOME sort of response/support from THS. I have Premium, not sure if that will make a difference but I HOPE i never have to find out. If you are interested in tips on finding better sitters, you might check out this discussion topic.
