I have mobility issues and usually limit my sits to cats. But there are more dogs on the site and I would like to be able to filter dogs that don’t need walking. Perhaps they have a fenced in yard? Maybe the dogs aren’t comfortable with other dogs? These would be good filters to include.

Great idea. Some dogs pull and the PP forgets to mention that. Or they get crazy when other dogs pass. I have done a few sits where the dogs just use the big backyard and no walking required. We play ball a lot so they get plenty of exercise.

I agree with you. As a solo sitter I tend to sit for solo dogs because I’m not sure that I’d want to walk 2 together but my first couple of sits were actually both for 2 dogs which, for various reasons, weren’t to be walked but it was by chance that I came across them.

I like this idea. My pup is a couch potato and loves “walkies” but we do have a fenced yard. I too, have mobility issues due age and EDS and would not be able walk a dog daily either.

I would love that feature. I have reoccurring foot pain and don’t trust that I will be in shape to do long walks, but would love to care for a dog that doesn’t need them.
