Feedback on THS, HOW DID WE DO?

I got a “rate our support” type survey via email after I used the support@THS…. for a mapping issue i have for my house sit location. There are only 2 options for this survey (Good or Bad) so I chose Bad and explained the person was fine but is unable to actually solve the issue. I am still unable to choose the ACTUAL location with correct map location for my housesit. THS doesnt offer my ACTUAL location which is more desirable that the location I must choose. Although only about 10 miles apart, the difference in info on my actual town versus provided choice can be significant. My actual small town being more desirable and safe and considered the “tourist” area. My housesit is in Mexico just 4.5 hours from the US border. I have skipped the surveys sent for sits so far just because I didn’t want to base it on one successful sit. Now that I have several successful sits completed, I will be willing to participate in their survey like the one you posted about.
