And getting that across the board for every sit is a lot of extra money for THS. And the booking fee will most likely keep increasing in the future. I just hope we, their clients, see improvements due to this additional ‘fee’ but I’m skeptical due to their poorly explained rationale for it initially. I know I’m a newbie more or less to THS , but the newly imposed booking fee just takes the focus off the care of pets and the host to sitter experience, and makes sits seem more like a business transaction so someone, somewhere can pocket more money.
