She can go through the chat and keep insisting she needs to change a review and must chat with a human. It is in her interest as well as yours to change this as some homeowners will not be happy with her if it looks like she gave a 5 star home a 4 star review.
If the review is consistent with 5 and it was just an error she pressed 4* member service might be able to help. For reviews they are blind for a reason, and it would take away the whole purpose of (blind) reviews if they could be altered after both are published. So most likely she will not be able to alter the review.

I hope someone from the staff is reading this and could help because days have passed since my petsitter left, my 5th star
is still missing even though it was requested by my petsitter to the staff and by myself, this upsets me a lot ![]()
One sit I did recently when writing the review it just went in the middle of me typing it. I had already managed all the five stars though. And then it just as suddenly came up shpowing me the review the owners had written.
Another time however I wrote a review for owners and they wrote one for me. When I went to fread it, I had a pop up to say I needed to write my review for them before reading. I checked with owners to see that they had received my review and rthey had. Sp I just waited a dfay and then tried again. And thankfully I could read it this time. There seems to be a lot of bugs in the system. And a review should ot just go, in the middle of typing it. There needs to be something popping up to ask if you are ready to send, or cancel sending.
For a week my petsitter and I have been sending messages asking for help to change these stars, 4 to 5
THS members are the only ones who can change, but nothing happens, both parties are asking the same thing,

I just checked and we reached out to the sitter on Tuesday via email, as the team would need to speak to them directly about making a change to the review, but the sitter hasn’t yet responded to the email.
Hopefully they’ll reply soon and we’ll be able to get things updated.

Agreed, I just had this happen as I was leaving a review for my sitters - the field to leave the review is too close to the button to send the review, and my fat fingers accidentally hit the send button. I feel there should be an extra step after writing the review, to review it or cancel sending it.
