Hi, just had a lovely review from my recent Christmas sit. However it’s only showing one star where all the seperate categories are 5Star and it clearly reads as that. The homeowners messaged me straight away to confirm it should be showing 5stars and in fact they’ve said they would have given me six!
Why is the system doing this? I have had this happen previously and it is frustrating when all your reviews are five.
They have told me they will contact THS to amend this but surely I can’t be the only one coming across this issue.
I had something similiar…i left a review, could click on the stars to rate my sit, but after i wrote my review, it would not submit,so now my review of them looks like i didnt write anything…trying to contact someone thru TH has been like pulling teeth…id like this remedied, so if someone could reach out to me, that would be greatly appreciated . Thanks
Now posting a review takes a bit more diligence and patience. It doesn’t always seem so user friendly, especially if you aren’t immediately ready to post something. I found that as soon as the sit ends, the pop up reminder is the first thing you see, when opening the app. I typically write my review on the last day of my sit, then post the following day.
I type my full review somewhere off the site, then copy and paste into text box, that way works well for me, and it either uploads or it doesn’t, so no danger of submitting with missing info.
the star ratings, both overall, and for the 5 categories, are completed before we reach the open text field, so it is foolproof.
p.s. I only use computer, not phone, if that makes a difference?
