Glitch in reviews and favorites - Resolved 03-10-2022

Anybody else experiencing glitches when trying to read reviews?

When I try to read reviews on potential home owners, I can only see the stars that were given, I can’t read the actual comments people made.

This is both in the app & on the website.

I am currently able to see sitter reviews but not HO feedback. Just :star:

Hello @Els Yes I have just noticed this problem too, I also cannot view the feedback left for the HO and can only see the star rating, both on my mobile app and on the website on my iPad

Software problem here. I thought it was just on one listing, but many listings on the website have a list of past sitters names and dates but the reviews are missing. My app keeps freezing too – maybe I’ll try to reinstall it. Just want to make the IT team aware.

Yes, just double checked, there are reviews left by the HO, but no sitter reviews (feedback) are showing on the app either. The feedback I left is missing too.

Has anyone else lost their favorites in the app?
They are there on the website still, so wandering if its a temporary glitch.
Im saving sits i like for next year, so i can get alert when they come up.

Mine are gone too. I see the tech drot. Is working it.

@Gina Yes, my Favorites have disappeared in the app!! It’s taken me about 6 months to curate a wonderful list so I get notifications.

This is a frustrating change from a sitter’s perspective! The text of the reviews often reveals very relevant information and nuances that a simple 5* just doesn’t cover. Why has this been changed?

Sitters who have saved our listing are not showing up on the desktop as of ~18 hours ago…including 1 minute ago. 48 sitters have saved us, but it currently shows up as “0”:

“No sitters have saved your listing
Don’t worry, they will appear here once they do.”

Hi,
Same problem - Got an email 9/29 that a new sitter had saved my listing.
On 9/30 opened my account and all the sitters who saved were gone, there were 0 where there had been a couple of dozen.
