It’s an app, a photo montage they have different magazine covers and you just add the photo.

Thanks, @Samox24. It’s cute, but simple. The young lady at the register actually wrapped it individually, which I hadn’t expected. She wrapped each of my purchases so earnestly, it made me laugh privately, because it reminded me of a funny scene from “Love Actually,” when Alan Rickman’s character was getting something wrapped by Mr. Bean.
