Grateful for feedback on my listing

I wanted to thank everyone again for your time and generously sharing your experience. It helped me rewrite my listing (a million edits by the way!) to be as transparent as possible. Admittedly, it was a bit discouraging at first to think I was in the minority but since then, my correspondence with applicants showed here is something for everyone. I just confirmed my first sit and had a chance to provide a video tour of the house. We just confirmed a sitter and really look forward to our first host! Take care all!

“Flexibility and open to partial coverage” : meaning to splitting the time away into multiple sits over multiple sitters?
“metro accessible (1 block away) and 6 stops (3 lines) to many Smithsonian museums” meaning three transfers?
I always ask when talking to pet parents this question: “how long can i be away from the house at a time?” because everything hinges on this, so might as well include it in your listing. i think everyone should.
do your pets throw up/poop places where i’ll have to clean it off the floor?
nice detail on accommodations and amenities.
mention if you have a portable vacuum cleaner, makes a world of difference, truly.
can’t think of anything else atm

They mean their closest station has three lines running through it, with their stop being six stops away from the museums.

The D.C. subway isn’t big enough to make three transfers.

in that case the three lines part needs to be right after subway stop, not six stops to the smithsonian. could be a little confusing.

Good points, I’ll make the change for a future listing!

No, that’s DC Metro speak for the closest Metro stop having three separate lines, so easier access to different places. Probably not necessary to include. The actual Metro stop would be helpful.
