Help. I can not see my sits

Hi all.
I have not been able to see any of my future sits coming up. Everytime I press that place I just see a wirring around icon.
Confused here, any idea please how to view them ? Thanks

Delete the app and reinstall - that usually works for me .

Thanks. Will I lose anything if i do this please? Like messages and my wirds on my profile.
