Seriously! Turn it around. If a host sent me a review he wrote from my perspective regarding the sit (which would just be a guess on his part how I felt about it) and wanted me to publish it, I would give him a three for arrogance.
OP, you seem obsessed about getting glowing reviews. Maybe they thought you just did OK. Are you having problems getting sits and think a more detailed review would help. If I was a host I wouldn’t mind someone reminding me after one week of getting a notice they wrote one for me, the host. If they immediately wrote me after the sit I would find that annoying and maybe your other correspondence about the sit with them was the same feeling for them. Move on, you got your review.
Wouldn’t it be more convenient for everyone not to have reviews at all?

She told me how happy she and the cats are and was amazed at how clean and tidy everything was via WhatsApp
I sent her my review that I posted
She responded to say that’s amazing and that she will submit a review this weekend
I reminded her know there is a 14 day window
( that window closes in 3 days )
Tomorrow I will send her another reminder
