@Silversitters , I believe @Mark_B was referring to a specific exploratory study. General ideas and suggestions for improvement posted on the Forum are passed by us over to the company. They want to hear them, so keep them coming.

Welcome to the forum @WMBS That is a Great suggestion . @Mark_B has confirmed that THS are not planning to consider the comments on this thread as part of the feedback . Which is a great disappointment to those like yourself @WMBS who have taken the time to post a comment .

@Silversitters I would hazard a guess it’s to try and look like they are doing something to justify the new fees. They didn’t bet on you asking such a pertinent question and being outed on it being a cynical exercise.
