I can still make this section 5 stars…correct?
@HelloOutThere from my understanding that is correct. You can still rate a sit as 5 stars overall but can rate any of the sub-categories as 1-5. It’s not a weighted average.

At least that works for a review for a sitter, so it should work the other way around as well.

This heading really piqued my curiosity but was way off base. I’m really into astrology so was thinking along those lines! May be an idea to start a new post - what astrological signs make the best sitters and homeowners

I received 4 stars for ‘Organised’ by one home owner (my first 4 stars) with everything else 5. It upset me as I’m the most organised person I know 
However it shows up as a 4 star review overall…

It worked as @TD052023 stated.
I’ve had the same and presumed it was an error for the overall rating because the owner has been effusive about how happy she was with us and booked us for two more sits. Occasionally when I’ve thought I was giving 5 stars my finger has slipped and it’s gone down to one star, I’ve luckily caught it in time though but I think it’s easy to mis-type with the stars.
